Delivery time
Kui Co. pieces are handmade one by one with care in Japan.
Orders in stock will ship within 5-7 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated.
Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on back-order or pre-order).
Kui International business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Due to the wide variety in patterns and materials, pieces are made to order and require a 2 week delivery if the item is not in stock.
If you need your order shipped by a specific date, please send a note with your order or e-mail info@kuicojewelry.com and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via Japanese postal service, unless otherwise indicated.
Domestic shipments are for a flat charge of 550JPY and international shipments are for a flat charge of 2200JPY.
Duty, VAT and Other Fees
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Kui International holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
Exchanges
Kui International accepts unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days of receiving products on any unworn accessories. All returns must be in their original condition. Kui International does not accept returns on any custom or sale items.

Kui International asks its customer to return the item by mail with a tracking number. Customers are free to choose any shipping company, at their own risk.
